Role Overview
We’re seeking a talented and versatile Creative Designer to help shape our brand’s visual identity and bring it to life across both digital and print channels. Reporting to and working closely with the Brand and Product Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting visually compelling stories that reflect our premium aesthetic.
We’re looking for someone with a sharp eye for detail, a strong sense of visual storytelling and a passion for exceptional design. As we begin to integrate AI-generated imagery into our creative process, a genuine interest in AI-powered tools will be a strong advantage.
As part of a small, dynamic team, this role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive approach to tasks and projects. You’ll thrive in an environment that values independence and the ability to work with autonomy.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Content Production – Drive the creation of content across digital platforms, collaborating with the wider team to deliver engaging and on-brief creative assets.
- Concept Development – Devise and execute creative content ideas that align with campaign direction and brand storytelling.
- Graphic Design – Design and produce a wide range of digital assets including email, social content, digital ads, content marketing and website landing pages.
- Social Media Assets & Planning – Design, plan and create social visuals that support campaigns, launches and product stories.
- Catalogue Design – Layout and design seasonal catalogues and lookbooks, ensuring consistency with brand direction.
- Website Assets & Web Development – Produce homepage banners, product graphics and visuals; collaborate with the web team to enhance UX and visual presentation.
- Photography Support – Produce ad-hoc photography requirements, managing shoots and ensuring imagery aligns with the brand’s visual tone.
- Video & Motion Content – Support in video capture and basic editing when required.
- Retouch & Post-Production – Support in managing retouch of flat lays, campaign and model imagery.
- Wholesale & Merchandising – Create point-of-sale materials, merchandising labels and packaging for retail and wholesale partners.
- Digital Asset Management – Organise and maintain a structured archive of brand assets and imagery for easy access across teams.
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years’ experience in a creative or design role within a fashion or lifestyle brand.
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience in using AI tools to enhance and elevate creative concepts, create AI-generated assets and integrating AI tools into brand storytelling and campaigns.
- Hands on understanding of both digital and print production.
- Strong organisational skills with sharp attention to detail.
- Experience managing retouching workflows for imagery.
- A positive, collaborative presence and ability to work cross-functionally.
What We Offer
