We are looking for a Marketing Executive for our 2 luxury menswear brands, Oliver Spencer and Favourbrook. This role is integral in executing and coordinating a range of marketing initiatives designed to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support sales growth for both Oliver Spencer and Favourbrook. Your duties are as follows:
- Marketing
- Assist in planning and executing brand marketing initiatives, including store events, activations, collaborations, and community partnerships that elevate visibility and drive engagement.
- Support website trading activity by building and optimising and merchandising collection pages, tagging products for improved navigation and cross-selling, and implementing SEO best practice across product titles, descriptions, and metadata.
- Produce competitor and market research reports to track trends, monitor category performance, and identify opportunities to strengthen brand positioning.
- Work with retail and wholesale teams to implement strategic marketing plans with key partners and accounts, ensuring consistent brand presentation and storytelling across all channels.
- Assist management in preparing structured sales and marketing meeting agendas, capturing key actions, and ensuring all teams remain aligned on priorities and upcoming activity.
- Support the Content Manager across all campaign and social content activity, including photoshoot production; including assistance with location and casting briefs, call sheets, itineraries, and on-set support.
- Collaborate with the wider creative and commercial teams to ensure campaign content and messaging are effective and consistent across all touchpoints.
- PR
- Manage seasonal sample coordination, maintaining an accurate inventory of samples, logging all press and photoshoot loans, and liaising with PR and wholesale showrooms to track sample movements.
- Coordinate the sharing of seasonal assets with external PR agencies, handle requests for additional content, and follow up on opportunities to secure coverage and exposure.
- Support management in overseeing the relationship with the PR agency, including preparing for and attending seasonal meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment on campaign priorities.
- Manage in-store press and stylist pulls, build relationships with stylists to maximise placement opportunities, and communicate effectively with retail teams to ensure adherence to shop-stock loan protocols, deposits, and return deadlines.
- Office + Administration
- Coordinate Oliver Spencer’s personal and professional calendar; scheduling internal and external meetings, travel, fittings, and shoots, resolving scheduling conflicts, preparing briefs, and communicating updates discreetly and efficiently.
- Provide general office admin; including answering calls, maintaining a tidy and organised workspace and assisting with day-to-day operational needs.
- Assist with coordinating and work at the seasonal sample sale.
- When required, assist with social media scheduling and publishing.
- When required, assist with online customer service queries and retail cover.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Sales or Marketing role (luxury menswear background desirable)
- A passion for style, menswear, design, and the Oliver Spencer and Favourbrook brands
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); knowledge of HTML, CMS and SEO desirable

This is a full-time role permanently based at our HQ in Lambs Conduit Street, Holborn in London and your working hours will be between 8/9am-5/6pm in the office.
