Oliver Smith Recruitment are currently working in partnership with our key client in Thornliebank to recruit an experienced Purchase Ledger on a 6 month FTC.
The successful candidate will ideally hold strong Accounts Payable experience in order to hit the ground running.
Duties:
- Processing of high volume invoices
- Processing and logging expenses
- Performing statement reconciliations
- Dealing with internal and external clients
- Send out and retrieve invoices for approval
- Support the Finance team where needed within transnational finance tasks
- Assisting with general Ad-Hoc duties
- Managing the Finance Team email inbox
