Receptionist

East Kilbride

£14 – £15 per hour

Temporary Role

29 hours per week (potential of 35 hours)

Oliver Smith Recruitment are working in partnership with our key client in the East Kilbride to hire an Administrator / Receptionist on a temporary contract.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

  • Reception and switchboard duties
  • Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and communications
  • Assist with document preparation, data entry, and report generation
  • Word processing and data entry
  • Document filing and retrieving documents
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
