Oliver Smith Recruitment are working in partnership with our key client in Glasgow to appoint an experienced Payroll Assistant on a permanent basis.Â
This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional with a strong understanding of payroll processes and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
Duties:
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing across a varied client portfolio.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service, acting as a key point of contact for client payroll queries.
• Ensure compliance with current payroll legislation, including SSP, SMP, and HMRC processes.
• Liaise directly with clients to ensure accurate and timely payroll submissions.
• Support multi-frequency payrolls and maintain accurate payroll records.
Interviews will be held this week at our clients HQ.
