Job Description
Senior Finance Assistant
Salary up to £32500
Permanent Role
Erskine (8.30 to 4.30 Monday to Friday, our client would look at PT hours as well)
Start – August / September 2025
Oliver Smith Recruitment are working in partnership with a highly successful business based in Erskine.
You will be reporting into the Financial Accountant and working alongside a fantastic team.
They are a well established and respected organisation which has shown continuous growth over the years so now is a very exciting time to get involved.
Working within a close knit finance team, you'll have oversight for a broad range of duties not limited to:
- Manage month end process
- Purchase Ledger & Sales Ledger
- Cashbooks
- Inter company reconciliations
- Month end duties – journals, accruals, prepayments
- Budgets
- Bank reconciliations
- Oversight of Accounts Payable and Expenses
- General Ad-hoc duties
