Bookkeeper Motherwell £35k - £40k 35 hours per week Monday to Friday Start Date - ASAP 6 month FTC Oliver Smith Recruitment are working exclusively with our key client in Glasgow to hire an experienced Bookkeeper on a permanent contract.

The right candidate will ideally have worked in a small retail or hospitality business and be used to a hands on working environment and be happy to be flexible to the nature of their day to day duties.

Duties: Managing AP / supplier payments Oversee AR (including invoicing and Credit Control) Monthly journals and month - end processes Bank reconciliations Assisting with quarterly VAT preparation Preparing bimonthly payment run reports Supporting the annual preparation of budgets, financial forecasts and the audit process.

Interviews will be held next week.
