Oliver Smith Recruitment are working in partnership with our key client in Queenslie to hire a Junior Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis. This role is required to support the accounts team with the day to day finance requirements. The company will provide AAT study support after completion of successful probation.

Duties:

  • Credit control - Chasing payments and having consistent dialogue with customers
  • Purchase Ledger - Processing invoices/credits/payments
  • Sales Ledger - Processing invoices/credits/receipts
  • Processing credit card expenses
  • Dealing with general account queries
  • Responsible for managing the Accounts team inbox
  • Liaising with Operations team
  • Other ad hoc tasks as required

Experience:

This role requires the individual to work with all levels of the organisation in order to ensure the financial requirements of the business are managed promptly and kept up to date. Interviews will be held ASAP.
