\nOliver Smith Recruitment are currently working with our key client in Hamilton to recruit a Junior Credit Controller on a 6 month FTC. You'll play a key role in managing our clients credit control processes, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting various finance tasks.
\nThis is an urgent requirement due to sustained growth within the organisation.
\nDuties:
\n• Follow up on outstanding invoices via phone, email, and written communication, working closely with the Credit Control Manager.
\n• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the finance system, ensuring all documentation is filed appropriately.
\n• Generate regular reports on outstanding debts, cash collections, and other relevant metrics for review by the Credit Control Manager.
\n• Provide general support to the finance team as required, including assistance with month-end closing and audits.
\n• Assist in the preparation and distribution of invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
