Oliver Smith Recruitment are working in partnership with our key client in Stirling to appoint an experienced Payroll Assistant on a temporary to permanent basis.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing high‑volume payroll data and maintaining accurate records
- Calculating net pay, statutory payments and deductions
- Managing FPS/EPS submissions and liaising with HMRC
- Preparing BACS files and notifying clients of PAYE liabilities
- Supporting month‑end and year‑end reporting, including P45/P46
- Handling pension uploads, auto‑enrolment tasks and provider liaison
- Monitoring HMRC downloads (tax codes, student loans, opt‑outs)
- Maintaining confidentiality and compliance at all times
Interviews will be held next week at our clients HQ.
