Oliver Smith Recruitment are working in partnership with a highly successful business based in Glasgow. You will be reporting into the Finance Manager and working alongside a fantastic team. They are a large international company which has shown continuous growth over the years, so now is a very exciting time to get involved.
Working within a close-knit finance team, you will have oversight for a broad range of duties not limited to:
- Payroll experience is essential for this role, potential flexibility for a 4-day week too!
- Manage month end process
- Purchase Ledger & Sales Ledger
- Cashbooks
- Inter company reconciliations
- Month end duties - journals, accruals, prepayments
- VAT returns
- Budgets
- Bank reconciliations
- Oversight of Accounts Payable and Expenses
- General Ad-hoc duties
