Maryhill, Permanent Role
Oliver Smith Recruitment are working alongside a well established business based in Maryhill to recruit a permanent Administrator. Our key client is looking for a conscientious, pro-active, and detail-oriented candidate to join the team. This person will carry out administrative duties as requested, working closely with a range of departments within the team to ensure that all operational activity is facilitated, supported and communicated effectively.
Duties:
- Assist the Managers with ad-hoc administrative duties
- Assist in the creation of presentations, documents, spreadsheets, and reports when necessary
- Supporting with the launch of new contracts in line with agreed processes
- Data extraction and entry into our computer databases
- Update and maintain internal systems and records
- Responding to financial and operational queries diligently and professionally
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Develop weekly and monthly sales reports
Interviews will be held next week at our clients HQ.
