Oliver Smith Recruitment are working exclusively with our key client to recruit a detail-orientated and experienced Bookkeeper to join their team on a permanent Part Time basis. This is a REMOTE position.
This role will entail being responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and maintaining the overall financial health of the organisation.
Duties
- Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently.
- Preparing monthly financial statements and reports for management review.
- Reconciling bank statements and ensuring any discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities as required.
- Liaising with external auditors during annual audits to provide necessary documentation.
