The predicted salary is between 30000 - 35000 Β£ per year.

Our client is looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to oversee the day-to-day running of their administration and operational functions. You will be responsible for coordinating daily activities across administration, scheduling, reporting, inbox management and team support. You will act as a central point of oversight, ensuring work is prioritised effectively.

Main duties:

  • Managing all customer and supplier inquiries via telephone and email
  • Ordering office supplies to maintain an efficient workflow
  • Onboarding and offboarding customers in our records database
  • Creating new customer profiles (accounts system)
  • Supporting the Managing Director with diary management, travel bookings, and email correspondence
  • Overseeing general office administration, including answering calls and relaying messages
  • Managing staff rotas
  • Tracking staff training records and coordinating training events
  • Organising lunch and learn sessions
  • Taking notes during internal and client meetings (approximately twice a week)
