Oliver Smith Recruitment are working exclusively with our key client in Glasgow to hire a Graduate Finance Assistant on a long term temporary contract. The company works with a wide range of clients from local SME businesses to large UK companies across many business sectors. You will report directly to Senior Management and enjoy a competitive package.
After training and development, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with weekly and monthly reporting
- Revenue, profitability and timesheet reporting
- Processing invoices on the sales and purchase ledger
- Credit control and aged debt reporting
- Processing expenses
- Petty cash monitoring and reconciliation
- Credit card monitoring and reconciliation
- Updating monthly spreadsheets
