Oliver Smith Recruitment are working exclusively with our key client in Glasgow to hire a Graduate Finance Assistant on a long term temporary contract. The company works with a wide range of clients from local SME businesses to large UK companies across many business sectors. You will report directly to Senior Management and enjoy a competitive package.

After training and development, some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with weekly and monthly reporting
  • Revenue, profitability and timesheet reporting
  • Processing invoices on the sales and purchase ledger
  • Credit control and aged debt reporting
  • Processing expenses
  • Petty cash monitoring and reconciliation
  • Credit card monitoring and reconciliation
  • Updating monthly spreadsheets

Interviews will be held next week.
