Oliver Smith Recruitment are delighted to be supporting our key client in Glasgow in their search for a Credit Control Team Leader. As a Team Leader, you will be energetic, passionate and someone who thrives off managing a team. You will be responsible for managing and supporting the team, in charge of assisting customer repayments. This individual will be someone who can think outside the box and who champions themselves on delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop your team to help them achieve their potential and maintain a high level of performance at both a team and individual level
- Set, manage and monitor assistant objectives at a team and individual level
- Keep up to date with debt collection regulation and ensure that all policies and processes are compliant
- Complete regular quality checks and give effective feedback and coaching to individuals and the team
- Work closely with the Continuous Improvement team to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
- Take responsibility for both internal and external audits and ensure that any relevant actions are taken
