Our client is looking for a highly organised and proactive Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day running of their administration and operational functions. You will be responsible for coordinating daily activities across administration, scheduling, reporting, inbox management and team support. You will act as a central point of oversight, ensuring work is prioritised effectively.
Main duties:
- Managing all customer and supplier inquiries via telephone and email
- Ordering office supplies to maintain an efficient workflow
- Onboarding and offboarding customers in our records database
- Creating new customer profiles (accounts system)
- Supporting the Managing Director with diary management, travel bookings, and email correspondence
- Overseeing general office administration, including answering calls and relaying messages
- Managing staff rotas
- Tracking staff training records and coordinating training events
- Organising lunch and learn sessions
- Taking notes during internal and client meetings (approximately twice a week)
