Accounts Assistant position available in Glasgow Southside with a 4pm finish Monday to Thursday and a 3pm finish on Friday. The location is a £5 minute walk from Shields Road Underground.
An excellent opportunity has arisen within a leading global international business based in Glasgow to recruit a permanent Accounts Assistant. Full training will be provided.
- Maintain financial records and update accounting systems
- Support budget monitoring by tracking spend and flagging variances
- Assist with payroll administration, including timesheets and staff expense claims
- Handle cash, banking, and reconciliation of income
- Provide general administrative support to the finance team and respond to staff/supplier queries
