Senior Finance Assistant

Erskine

£35k – £38k

Monday to Friday

Permanent Role

Start – ASAP (great client and hiring manager!)

Oliver Smith Recruitment are working in partnership with our key client in Erskine to hire a Finance Assistant on a permanent basis.

This role is to support and work with the Financial Accounting Manager in ensuring that key deliverables are achieved.  

Duties will include:

  • Chasing outstanding debts via phone and email
  • Cash allocation
  • Purchase Ledger
  • Allocation of all monies received
  • Dealing with all credit control queries
  • Producing reports in relation to normal work duties within the team
  • Liaising with various departments

To be successful, you will have a good eye for detail, be able to communicate well over phone and email, well organised and ability to work in a face paced environment.

Interviews will be held next week.
