Temporary Role

Oliver Smith Recruitment have teamed up with one of our key clients based in Queenslie who are looking to recruit for a Finance Administrator to support the finance team.

Duties:

  • Set up, monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
  • Conduct credit checks on new and existing clients to assess risk.
  • Liaise directly with customers regarding outstanding invoices, resolving any queries or disputes efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions related to credit control.
  • Issue any late payment correspondence required and liaise with any external collection agencies.
  • Implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce overdue debts.
  • Raising and sending customer invoices.
  • Management of sales commissions.
  • Posting and reconciliation for accounts payable.
