Oliver Smith Recruitment are working exclusively with our key client in Dumbarton to recruit a Customer Service Administrator on a 12 month FTC, this could go permanent. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be working in an inclusive, friendly team where teamwork and encouragement sit at the very heart of the business.
Duties:
- Setting up and maintaining records on customers
- Entering and maintaining orders
- Dispatching orders including preparation of all necessary export paperwork
- Handling all customer inquiries
