Oliver Smith Recruitment are working in partnership with our key client in Glasgow to hire a Claims Administrator on a permanent basis.
Duties:
- Communicating professionally with clients, insurers and colleagues
- Composing professional and informative letters
- Ensuring compliance is up to date
- Reviewing data to set up new claims and updating claims on internal systems
- Issuing payments to policyholders and suppliers for settlements
- General admin duties
