Oliver Smith Recruitment are working exclusively with our key client in Glasgow to recruit a detail-orientated and experienced Bookkeeper to join their team. This role will entail being responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and maintaining the overall financial health of the organisation.
Duties:
- Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Strong experience with dealing with multiple stakeholders.
- Expenditure management.
- Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently.
- Preparing monthly financial statements and reports for management review.
- Reconciling bank statements and ensuring any discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities as required.
- Liaising with external auditors during annual audits to provide necessary documentation.
- Monitoring cash flow and assisting in managing the organisation's financial resources.
