Oliver Smith Recruitment are currently working in partnership with our key client in Bishopbriggs to recruit an experienced Purchase Ledger. The successful candidate will ideally hold strong Accounts Payable experience in order to hit the ground running.
Duties:
- Processing of high volume invoices
- Processing and logging expenses
- Performing statement reconciliations
- Dealing with internal and external clients
- Send out and retrieve invoices for approval
- Support the Finance team where needed within transactional finance tasks
- Assisting with general Ad-Hoc duties
- Managing the Finance Team email inbox
