Responsibilities:

  • Processing Supplier invoices
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers as required with the resolution of accounts queries.
  • Support the credit control function and chase overdue accounts.
  • Check production document pricing against quote and generate customer invoices.
  • Sending invoices by email weekly
  • Resolving invoice queries
  • General admin duties
