Oliver Smith Recruitment are working in partnership with our key client in Coatbridge to hire an Administrator on a permanent contract. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's office. You will provide administrative support to various departments and assist with day-to-day tasks. Duties:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, faxing, filing, and data entry
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for management
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members

- Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion
