Admin Team Leader Bearsden (free parking) £30k - £35k Hours - Monday to Friday Start - June / July 2026 Oliver Smith Recruitment are working in partnership with our key client in Glasgow to hire a permanent Senior Administrator / Team Lead on a permanent basis. Our client is looking for a highly organised and proactive Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day running of our clients administration and operational functions. You will be responsible for coordinating daily activities across administration, scheduling, reporting, inbox management and team support. You will act as a central point of oversight, ensuring work is prioritised effectively. Main duties: Managing all customer and supplier inquiries via telephone and email Ordering office supplies to maintain an efficient workflow Onboarding and offboarding customers in our records database Creating new customer profiles (accounts system) Supporting the Managing Director with diary management, travel bookings, and email correspondence Overseeing general office administration, including answering calls and relaying messages Managing and staff rotas Track staff training records and coordinate training events Organise lunch and learn sessions Taking notes during internal and client meetings (approximately twice a week) Interviews will be held next week.
