Oliver Sanderson is engaged with a global listed business in Europe, one of the world’s leading construction companies. A matrix business with a fantastic UK arm that you will be helping to lead as Regional Director for the South East.
The Regional Director will report to the Regional Managing Director. We are seeking an experienced Regional Director to lead operations in the social housing refurbishment and refit sector across the South East region.
Key areas of focus:
- Full P&L accountability for the region with responsibility for financial performance, budget management, and cost control
- Leading large-scale social housing refurbishment and decarbonisation projects from inception to completion
- Managing a diverse team of operational managers, project leads, and technical specialists
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and quality assurance processes
- Collaborating with internal departments to create innovative solutions for social housing regeneration
The ideal candidate will have industry background in social housing, refit, refurbishment, and redevelopment, with strong leadership and commercial skills.
