Oliver Sanderson Group PLC, in partnership with a leading UK global brand, seeks a Global Reward Manager - Pay to lead the global pay strategy across UK and international operations. You will drive annual pay reviews, benchmarking, job evaluation and governance while advising on complex pay matters and delivering reward analytics for strategic decisions.

The role is hybrid with 3 days per week in Uxbridge, reporting to the Head of Pay and collaborating with Reward, HR, Finance and Employee.
