Oliver Sanderson Group PLC is partnering with a UK-based global brand to appoint a Global Reward Manager on a 12 month FTC. The role reports to the Head of Pay and will shape and deliver the global pay strategy across UK and international operations.
You'll lead annual pay reviews, market benchmarking, job evaluation and reward governance, advising senior stakeholders and driving continuous improvement of reward programmes and processes. This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week in Uxbridge.
