Oliver Sanderson Group PLC, a leading business services brand, is recruiting a Head of Pay to helm the global pay function. You will lead a specialist team, deliver competitive and compliant pay programmes across an international workforce, and partner with HR, Finance and Legal.

You'll oversee annual pay reviews, benchmarking, job evaluation, governance and market analysis, while driving process improvements and analytics. This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week in Uxbridge.
