A major business services organisation is looking for an outstanding Interim TPMO / PMO Manager to lead the Programme Management Office across a high-profile Property Transformation Programme.

You’ll be at the heart of a complex transformation spanning property, technology, cyber security and organisational change, bringing the governance, controls and Executive insight needed to keep everything moving.

We’re looking for someone who can:

  • Establish and lead a high-performing TPMO / PMO
  • Own governance, programme controls, integrated planning and Executive reporting
  • Coordinate multiple workstreams, risks, dependencies and change
  • Drive financial control, resource planning and benefits realisation
  • Provide senior leaders with clear insight, challenge and assurance
  • Bring strong experience across major transformation or capital programmes, ideally £100m+

This is a role for someone who can bring structure to complexity, pace to delivery and confidence to the Board.

Exclusive mandate. Day Rate – Inside IR35. London – 2–3 days per week. National travel as required. 3–6 month interim assignment.
