Our client, a leading Facilities Management organisation in the midst of a major transformation, is looking for an exceptional Interim Payroll & HR Systems Transformation Lead to drive a strategic programme unifying Payroll and HR systems across the UK. This is a high-impact role at the heart of a business-wide change initiative - perfect for someone who thrives on complexity, clarity, and delivery.
Key areas of focus:
- Define the blueprint for a new Payroll & HR systems ecosystem, shaping the transition from legacy to future state.
- Own the migration plan - from system build through to testing, deployment, and post-go-live success.
- Simplify and standardise processes, aligning them with the business’s strategic vision.
- Deliver measurable outcomes - financial, operational, and strategic.
- Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate across the business to make transformation happen.
- Influence senior stakeholders to secure buy-in and drive alignment at every stage.
- Champion change with strong communication and engagement plans that ensure readiness and adoption.
- Work closely with the PMO to ensure governance, reporting, and project delivery stay on track.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven expertise leading end-to-end transformation programmes in Payroll and HR environments.
- Deep understanding of SAP, HR system architecture, integrations, and data migration.
- Hands-on experience in business case development, blueprint design, testing, and deployment.
- A track record of delivering payroll system integrations and measurable business benefits.
- The ability to communicate complex change with clarity and impact to senior stakeholders.
- Sharp attention to detail, strong project governance, and the confidence to hit the ground running.
- Flexibility to travel nationally when required.
