Our client is looking for a dynamic General Manager to lead operations at their Milton Keynes site, driving performance across warehouse and transport functions while building a strong, stable culture within the team.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day site operations, including warehouse, picking & packing, and transport distribution.
- Manage and develop a team of c.40 staff across a 24/7 operation.
- Build strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of service delivery.
- Manage site budgets, costs, and resources effectively to achieve agreed financial targets.
- Drive operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and cultural stability at the site.
- Balance hands-on leadership with strategic planning and commercial responsibility.
