🚀 Integration Manager (M&A) – Interim Role – Manchester Based

£550-£700/day | UK-wide

Our client is seeking an experienced Integration Manager to lead M&A integration strategy in this multi-disciplined engineering organisation. The role will require someone to live within an hour of Manchester, and flex to travel as required.

🎯 What You\’ll Do:

• Lead post-acquisition integrations from Day 1 through full operational integration
• Design comprehensive integration frameworks for newly acquired businesses
• Drive IPO readiness through standardized processes and governance structures
• Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with divisional leaders
• Deliver value creation by identifying and realizing synergies between acquired businesses

🏆 What We\’re Looking For:

• 10+ years in business integration with 5+ years in senior M&A integration roles
• Proven track record integrating businesses in engineering, construction, or facilities management
• IPO preparation experience through effective business integration and standardization
• Systems integration expertise including ERP/CRM consolidation
• Exceptional stakeholder management and Board-level communication skills
