Oliver Sanderson is engaged with a global listed business in Europe, one of the world’s leading Engineering companies. A matrix business with a fantastic UK arm that you will be helping to lead as Regional Director for the South East. The Regional Director will report to the Regional Managing Director. This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for securing and delivering a strong pipeline of work while ensuring sustainable business growth.

Key areas of focus:

You will have strong experience in leading and managing large teams, with the ability to build and develop high-performing senior leadership teams. A deep understanding of the refit, refurb and social housing market is essential, along with excellent stakeholder engagement skills, particularly at the C-suite level within local government and housing providers.

Strong commercial acumen is required, including experience in securing and delivering large-scale projects while ensuring financial sustainability and robust governance. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a collaborative and driven approach, capable of fostering a customer-first culture and embedding continuous improvement within the organisation.
