Oliver Sanderson is partnered on a retained basis with a global FM business to appoint an Operations Director for a major regional portfolio across London and the Southeast. This is a high-impact leadership role for a hands-on operator who can lead service delivery, people, performance, P&L, sales, client relationships and new client growth across complex public sector contracts. You will be working with one of the UK’s most respected MDs, in a business offering exceptional career prospects, visibility and growth.

We are open to candidates from FM, construction, utilities, logistics, environmental services and other transferable sectors.
