A major business services organisation is looking for an outstanding Interim TPMO / PMO Manager to lead the Programme Management Office across a high-profile Property Transformation Programme.
You’ll be at the heart of a complex transformation spanning property, technology, cyber security and organisational change, bringing the governance, controls and Executive insight needed to keep everything moving.
We’re looking for someone who can: Establish and lead a high-performing TPMO / PMO Own governance, programme controls, integrated planning and Executive reporting Coordinate multiple workstreams, risks, dependencies and change Drive financial control, resource planning and benefits realisation Provide senior leaders with clear insight, challenge and assurance Bring strong experience across major transformation or capital programmes, ideally £100m+ This is a role for someone who can bring structure to complexity, pace to delivery and confidence to the Board.
