A major business services organisation is looking for an outstanding Interim Change Management Director to lead the people and organisational change agenda across a major Property Transformation Programme.
We’re looking for someone who can: Lead large-scale property, workplace and organisational transformation Own the change strategy, business readiness and adoption Manage complex office moves, workplace redesign and technology change Influence and challenge at Executive level Lead change teams and external partners Keep the business engaged while transformation happens at pace You’ll bring strong experience across property, workplace, infrastructure or complex business transformation, with the credibility to operate at the very top of an organisation.
This is not a role for someone who simply manages change.
