Are you an experienced HR transformation specialist with a track record of turning reactive HR teams into strategic, forward‑thinking People Functions? A leading organisation in the transportation and facilities management sector is looking for an HR Project Lead to drive a major modernisation programme. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a large, complex People Function—creating clarity, capability and structure while partnering closely with senior HR leaders.
The Opportunity
The People Function is embarking on a significant evolution. Currently focused on day‑to‑day operational challenges, the goal is to build a proactive, future‑focused HR organisation, supported by clear Centres of Excellence, a strengthened HRBP model, and scalable processes that enable strategic impact. To support this shift, the business is seeking a hands‑on expert who can design, lead and deliver the full end‑to‑end HR transformation.
What You’ll Lead
- Designing and delivering the full lifecycle of the HR transformation programme.
- Mapping current HR structures and identifying opportunities for improved efficiency, capability and alignment.
- Building future‑state operating models, including CoEs, HRBP structures and Shared Services enhancements.
- Developing competency frameworks, job families, job grading and organisational matrices.
- Establishing processes, governance and tools that support a modern, scalable HR function.
- Guiding senior HR stakeholders through change and embedding new ways of working.
- Managing risks, timelines and dependencies across the transformation programme.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong experience leading HR transformation or HR operating model redesign.
- Deep understanding of what “good” looks like in a modern HR function.
- Expertise in competency frameworks, job grading, process mapping and organisational design.
- Exceptional project management and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
