Oliver Sanderson is partnered with a leading facilities organisation to appoint a Bid Specialist / Manager into its growing commercial team. This is a key role leading the end-to-end delivery of high-quality bids for major public sector contracts, typically valued at £1m–£3m+ with long-term (5–10 year) agreements. You’ll combine strong bid writing, commercial awareness, and creative thinking to produce compelling, winning submissions in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full bid lifecycle from qualification to submission
- Write and manage high-quality, persuasive tender responses
- Develop clear win strategies and value propositions
- Collaborate with internal teams to shape solutions and content
- Ensure compliance with public sector procurement requirements
- Manage multiple bids to tight deadlines (3–6 month cycles)
- Drive innovation in bid processes, including use of AI tools
