Oliver Sanderson is partnered with a leading international energy services organisation to appoint a Regional Operations Manager within its Embedded Energy division. This senior leadership role will take ownership of a regional portfolio of embedded energy and utility plant contracts, driving operational performance, strategic direction, and commercial success. Reporting to the Business Unit Director, you will lead multi-site O&M delivery, ensuring excellence across safety, service, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of embedded energy O&M contracts across the region.
- Own £20m P&L and deliver against financial targets.
- Drive operational excellence, KPIs, and service quality.
- Lead, develop, and inspire multi-site teams and contract managers.
- Ensure best practice in HSE, compliance, and asset management.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
