We’re partnering with a leading, global organisation to find an experienced Senior Manager – Learning, Talent & Development to drive enterprise-wide capability and performance. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape and deliver a forward-thinking L&D agenda aligned to business growth, workforce capability, and future skills.
- Designing and delivering a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned to business objectives
- Building capability frameworks and structured development pathways
- Using data and insights to measure impact and drive continuous improvement
- Embedding learning across the full talent lifecycle
- Managing and developing an in-house L&D team
- Driving innovation through digital learning, AI tools and modern platforms
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to influence business performance
Proven experience in a senior L&D / L&D Manager or talent development leadership role:
- MUST have experience in blue-collar training, compliance, onboarding, regulations etc
- Strong track record delivering strategic, data-driven learning initiatives
- Expertise in leadership development and talent integration
- Experience with learning technologies and digital learning ecosystems
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to link learning to business outcomes
Location: UK-based (hybrid) with regular travel to London
Contract: 6-month fixed-term contract
