A major business services organisation is looking for an outstanding Interim TPMO / PMO Manager to lead the Programme Management Office across a high-profile Property Transformation Programme. You’ll be at the heart of a complex transformation spanning property, technology, cyber security and organisational change, bringing the governance, controls and Executive insight needed to keep everything moving.
We’re looking for someone who can:
- Establish and lead a high-performing TPMO / PMO
- Own governance, programme controls, integrated planning and Executive reporting
- Coordinate multiple workstreams, risks, dependencies and change
- Drive financial control, resource planning and benefits realisation
- Provide senior leaders with clear insight, challenge and assurance
- Bring strong experience across major transformation or capital programmes, ideally £100m+
This is a role for someone who can bring structure to complexity, pace to delivery and confidence to the Board.
Day Rate – Inside IR35 London – 2–3 days per week National travel as required 3–6 month interim assignment
