We're looking for someone who is driven, ambitious, and hungry for success, while also being hands-on and confident handling essential administrative duties. In this role, you will:
- Manage and nurture key customer accounts.
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for customers.
- Handle job costings and ensure profitability.
- Respond to incoming enquiries with speed, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
- Keep customers fully updated on lead times and order progress.
- Liaise closely with internal teams, including Transport and the Business Development Manager, to ensure smooth operations.
- Build strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted point of contact.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Re-engage lapsed customers and maximise business from existing accounts.
- Maintain accurate stock information within the system.
