What You'll Be Doing
- Building relationships with new and existing customers
- Re-engaging past enquiries and identifying new opportunities
- Supporting the conversion of leads from marketing and exhibitions
- Maintaining and updating the CRM system
- Assisting with quotations and sales administration
- Conducting outbound contact via phone and email
- Attending exhibitions and customer visits
What We're Looking For
- Experience in B2B sales or a manufacturing environment
- Experience supporting sales or account management teams
- Confident communication skills and a proactive approach
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Office)
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to read technical drawings or knowledge of sheet metal (advantageous)
