We are currently recruiting for experienced Laser Setter Operators to join a thriving and expanding manufacturing business. Opportunities are available for Flat Bed Laser Operators, Tube Laser Operators, and Shift Leader / Team Leader-level candidates.

Key Responsibilities:- Setting and operating laser cutting machines
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Producing parts to required specifications and quality standards
- Performing basic machine checks
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Working efficiently to meet production targets
- Previous experience setting and operating flat bed laser machines or tube laser machines
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
- A proactive, motivated attitude
- Reliable and committed to ongoing work
- Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
