Receptionist / Administrator
Location: Walsall
Hours: 6:30am - 4:00pm
Pay Rate: 12.71 per hour
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Start Date: Immediate
We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist / Administrator to join our client's team based in Walsall. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, confident dealing with people, and comfortable working across a varied administrative role.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of day-to-day administrative and office duties, including:
- Welcoming and dealing with visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answering queries and supporting reception duties
- Completing general data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Managing stock levels and carrying out stock control
- Raising and managing purchase orders
- Liaising with suppliers and internal departments
- Providing training and guidance to members of staff
- Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties as required
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Organised and reliable
- Confident communicating with staff, visitors and suppliers
- Comfortable using computer systems and completing data entry
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload
- Professional and approachable
- Previous reception, administration, stock control or purchasing experience would be advantageous
