Pattern Maker / Tool Maker who is looking for a long-term, permanent opportunity with a well‑established and growing business.

Key Responsibilities
- Repair, maintain, and prepare pattern equipment for production.
- Ensure all pattern equipment is fit for purpose and ready for the next shift.
- Carry out inspections to identify wear, damage, and defects.
- Manufacture, modify, and repair tooling, patterns, and core boxes as required.
- Operate traditional workshop machinery to produce and maintain tooling.
- Work closely with production teams to minimise downtime and support manufacturing schedules.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Follow all company quality standards and health and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Qualified or time‑served Tool Maker.
- Previous experience working as a Pattern Maker, Tool Maker, or in a similar tooling role within a foundry or manufacturing environment.
- Experience operating traditional workshop machinery, including manual milling machines, centre lathes, pillar drills, surface grinders, and other conventional machine tools.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
- Reliable with a proactive approach to maintenance and continuous improvement.
