What You’ll Be Doing:
- Laminating using fibreglass matting, resins, and gel coats.
- Trimming, cutting, and finishing GRP parts to precise specifications.
- Preparing and waxing moulds ready for production.
- Carrying out detailed quality checks throughout the process.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised work area.

- Proven experience in hand lay-up GRP laminating and finishing.
- Good knowledge of fibreglass materials and GRP production methods.
